A long time ago, I used to travel this corridor when I worked for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms in the Federal Triangle district of Washington, DC. The Environmental Protection Agency is now headquartered here, at the Ariel Rios Federal Building or New Post Office.

Old neighborhood market at 333 N. Royal St. in Old Town Alexandria. I love the building’s color here, whatever it may be…cyan, aqua, my favorite Bianchi celeste? And how ’bout that sky. Royal blue is appropriate, I think.
