Lucy, W and I send our love to my cousin and her family on the loss of their Sunshine. Sunny was in the family for a very long time and helped them get through some devastating losses over the years. Our thoughts are with them.

So hard to lose our fur babies….
Grace´s last blog post ..Ive got nothing earth shaking-
It is, Grace. And Sunny has particular meaning for my cousin…Sunny was named, I think (I always screw up the facts here) by my cousin’s sister, whom we lost to cancer some years ago when she was young, only in her 40s. Sunny stayed right by her side when she was most sick. I think my cousin considered Sunny a living link to her.

Aw, she was sweet, though in her last months she could neither see nor hear and was crotchety toward her housemate, Mort. I told Grace up there a little background on Sunny…and if my cousin stops by here, she’ll probably kick my butt for telling her business. :o/
Sunshine looks like such a sweet dog. I’m sorry, Sunshine’s people.
