It’s a beautiful picture but is Lucy actually in a stream?

Thanks, Grace, and yes, she is in water. I know. It is so clear! Even when I wade in it, the water doesn’t get mucky…it stays just like this. This is Lucy’s MO. As soon as she gets to the creek, she finds just the right depth, then lies down and lets her head float. She stays like that, sometimes up to a minute, then she gets up and shakes off, then wades about. Her way of cooling off. Crazy alligator dog.
Hmmm…my previous comment seems to have disappeared…and it basically said what that previous one did…

Awww, sorry it was lost, drjay. My other reply pretty much sums it up. I love to wade in the water here…of course, it only looks clean…no telling what kind of bacteria and other icky stuff is floatin’ about.
What a lovely way to spend a Sunday! Great idea, Lucy! Think I’ll do the same.

Oh, Lucy loves it here…lots of different water depths for her to experiment with (we weren’t sure if she had the nerve to swim, but it seems that she does).
