I love the colors of these — and have been thinking about you and Lucy surviving the heat (my husband is heading to DC tomorrow for a business trip and I am not envious, for once). I hope you are taking it easy, daydreaming, and getting out when the sun is low (or before it gets too high — though that interferes with sleeping in).

We’re getting ready to go out on a ride now before the asphalt heats up too much…we’ve become a tiny bit acclimated, but poor Lucy still seeks out the area creeks. I AM envious of your weather right now! :o)

No, I’ve never seen black mini calla lilies, but I love fragrant flowers. I didn’t even take a whiff of these…which is unusual for me. Hmmm…
