Okay, so she doesn’t wield a racket and play your traditional game of tennis, but that girl loves chasing the tennis ball, and on the tennis court, no less. Recently the courts have been the only places free and clear of mounds of snow, and I don’t know what we’re going to do when spring arrives and they start to fill up with humans. I guess it’ll be back to the grassy fields for us.
Too bad, ’cause no human could ever strike a prettier pose on the court than Lucy.

That’s almost shameful that Lucy is out there prancing around the tennis court without her cute little white tennis skirt…rofl.
She’s adorable, cutest tennis player I’ve ever seen. I bet she could keep up with the best of them.
ann´s last blog post ..I was thinking
Oh my, Lucy wouldn’t be caught dead or alive dressed up! After all, she does have her own little “skirt”!
Dogs like Lucy really make better use of tennis balls than tennis players anyway, in my opinion…

I agree, drjay. Lucy has much more interesting moves…especially those vertical jumps.
Maybe you could get her a job as “ball” dog….hey, he she is gonna chase and retrieve tennis balls anyway might as well make it work for ya…
Grace´s last blog post ..Not feeling all that well so sticking with pet pics and other oddments
Heee! A ball dog…that’s funny. And not a bad idea, Grace. I wonder what the doggie labor laws are in VA? :o)
Omg! Lucy looks exactly like my dog Sophie in San Diego, California im not kidding exactly the same! its crazy. Sophie is going to be 2 years old on October 8th and we got her wen she was 4 months and she was a rescue from Mexico im pretty sure. But they do look exactly the same and Sophie goes crazy like Lucy did in that one picture of her on silence sunday or something like that. hahaha this is so cool! My Sophie has a twin! except Sophie has like 2/3 white paws and i swear from these pictures i think they r related or something.
