May we all see something like this soon…something that’s green and not covered with snow.

It’s such a great shot, Holly! Those little white petals are way more desirable than this white winter. They look very delicate and, yes, the whole thing is amazingly green, so warming!
Fullet´s last blog post ..Wordless Wednesday
Thanks, Fullet. Yeah, these really bring back that warm-weather feel…I can’t wait for winter to be gone, too.
It’s a beautiful shot! As someone who hasn’t seen snow in a few years, I can still appreciate a little more green. Spring will be there soon. I know it!
Jennifer´s last blog post ..Thanks for the memories
Hi Jennifer and thanks. Wow, just the thought of NOT seeing snow is so inviting right now, but I hear we might see some this week…argh. I really doubt it can beat the previous storm, though…and what am I complaining about? I wasn’t even here for the worst of it! :o)
Love this close-up shot! I live where there is no snow and plan to post some pictures of our current landscape tomorrow. I’m a little scared since I posted pictures some about a week ago (one of the strawberries I had just purchased from a road side stand) and I think it made some of my snowbound blogger buddies a little insane!
Thanks, Bossy Betty. Hee…I understand how that strawberry could drive some of us crazy…it is so summer! Would love to see your other pics, but I’m having trouble accessing your site through Blogger. I’ll try again. :o)

I would have to agree with your snowbound blogger buddies Bossy Betty – unless of course you win me over with some of those strawberries. :)
Thanks for the green inspiration Holly – that fabled season called spring is lurking somewhere in this 11 degree morning I just know it is.
Hi Natural Health Goodies. Yeah, spring just gets closer and closer, though I think we might get a little more snow this week. But, 11 degrees? Holy cow, at least daytime temps have been in the 40s here. I fee for you! :o(
What a wonderful photo Holly…reminds me of stars.
Laura Hegfield´s last blog post ..Skywatch Friday: same sky-same mind
Thanks so much, Laura. They are pretty little blossoms and now more than ever, I’m wondering what they are. I’ll need to investigate further. Glad you like the nameless “stars,” though!
What are those?
Grace´s last blog post ..Cat Quotes
Hi Grace. I don’t know what this is. I checked out some images on Google, but couldn’t find anything that looks like it. If I find out, I’ll let ya know.
Oh how pretty that is, and it sure would be nice to see something like that around here. It’s snowing again. I’ve got the same question as Grace though, what do you call those?
ann´s last blog post ..Under the sea
Thank you, ann, I’m glad you like them. Snowing? Oh, so sorry! I think we’re supposed to see a little more, but I’m confident it won’t be a biggie. I’m on a mission now to find out what these are!

Beautiful photo, spring has arrived! I love the contrast between the white and green parts of the flowers. Total harmony.
NiceArtLife´s last blog post ..Colorful images of India
Thanks, NiceArtLife, but I think I took this last year, so, head fake! No spring yet, at least not in these parts. I’m glad you like the nameless flowers, though!

What a great picture and I hope you are right, that it will be soon. I don’t think I can look at all this white for much longer.
Jen´s last blog post ..I Did Pretty Good
Thanks, Jen, and I think it’s unanimous here…we’re all sick and tired of this crap and want our springtime!
What a pretty plant that is! Great capture.
Lana´s last blog post ..Random Ramblings
Thanks, Lana, I’m glad you like it. The only bit of spring here is in photos, so far!
Hi Holly – A beautiful photo. I thought I would post something green too and then when I saw how cool yours was, I got, well, green with envy. So. Instead I posted two-hundred-seventy-one photographs of snow today. A whole lot of white on white. love this.
Thanks much, koe, and I’m glad you liked it. But this doesn’t compare to that awesome pic of your cardinal…talk about being green with envy! Holy cow, that is a beautiful photo!
And how much snow did you get? Funny how it skipped us altogether and clobbered you. I do hope you’re not having too hard of a time getting around, though.
