Very pretty…I particularly like the haze above the treetops…
YogaforCynics´s last blog post ..Deep as My Backbends…from Hot Buns to Bhakti…in the Depths of Winter…Virtually and Otherwise…
Thanks, drjay. This was taken on one of Lucy’s morning walks. I kinda liked that haze too and the way it hung over that layer of trees back there. That electric pole didn’t do too much for me, but, oh well.
This is quite bucolic, down to the rustic truck parked on the field. I feel like I’ve missed a lot of your posts lately. They just keep on coming in all their beauty, capturing the moment.
Jennifer´s last blog post ..While your heart still beats
Thanks, Jennifer…glad you liked it, as well as the others. The pics have been on auto post and the last one is scheduled to go up Wednesday. My train home has been cancelled ’cause of the snow so I’m outta posts. Argh.
Spectacular photo – looks like a painting…(I don’t know whether that’s a compliment or not – from my point of view it is)
Grace´s last blog post ..Uh-huh…
Thanks so much, Grace, and yes, I definitely take that as a compliment! It also kinda reminds me of a puzzle pic, if ya know what I mean. :o)
Looks so peaceful there. I would take farm life over city living any day
ann´s last blog post ..Dryers can’t fly
Hi ann. Yes, it is peaceful, in between shotgun blasts, that is. (It was in the middle of deer season… booooo.)

Gorgeous colour, really nice to see. Our landscape is very lacking in colour right now…
The mist looks lovely hanging over the trees like that and it made me laugh, I didn’t even spot the electric poles till you pointed them out.
Thanks, Chrissy. This was taken back in early November, I believe. It wasn’t long until all this was gone. And I coulda probably done without the pickup trucks, too. Earlier models would’ve been nice. Yeah, I know…never happy!
Wow, that is a really beautiful photo. It almost makes me want a home away from the city.

Thanks so much, HobokenMommy and welcome! Glad you like it.
Ah…..that looks so beautiful and peaceful! I live in a city and so often I kinda wish that I lived somewhere beautiful and calm like that. Well…I am assuming that it’s nice and relaxing. Is that where you grew up? Where in Kentucky is it?
Kelly´s last blog post ..How to Make a Photography Portfolio
Hi Kelly and thanks for stopping by…sorry it’s taken me so long to reply.
This is in Lawrence County in eastern Kentucky. I was born here, but only spent my first few years here. It is relaxing sometimes…very still and quiet.
