Holly, love this. You have such a creative eye that you can capture the ordinary and make it extraordinary. Joanne Olivieri´s last blog post ..The need to make sense of such Darkness
Awww, thank you, Joanne, for the lovely words…you are too kind! Everything outside now is so gray, I’m looking hard for anything out of the usual. I don’t think I’ve ever seen splintering as on this old tree trunk.
Cool photo…what that last person said about making the ordinary extraordinary…and like the pun in the title, too… YogaforCynics´s last blog post ..Philly Street Art Revisited…
Thanks, drjay, and you, too, are too kind. I can’t wait until there’s color outside to photograph again. Kinda tired of the browns and grays. Depressing.
There is that ivy peeking through for color – can’t kill that stuff…I like how sharp your photos are – always a “You are there” experience Grace´s last blog post ..You were always on my mind…
Thanks, Grace, glad you felt as though you were “there.” :o) Yeah, that English ivy is pretty hardy stuff. Comes in handy when you don’t want to mow, though!
