The very Zen Lucy does her downward facing dog pose beneath the frond of a very unlikely Christmas tree—an eastern cedar, unearthed from an unsightly spot in the front yard.

Lucy thanks you, drjay. She usually follows her Downward Facing Dog with that Cobra pose. I had to look that up, of course—to Lucy it comes naturally!

Thank you, Trevor. Happy holidays to you, too.
Someone I used to share a house with had a family dog that seemed to do some form of tai chi. Lucy looks very cute doing her yoga! Oh and BTW I just wrote all my important dates into my Lucy the Dog calendar for next year. I can’t wait to have her smiley cuteness on my kitchen wall all year!! :)

Hi Svasti. Lucy thanks you so much for the compliment and also, for giving her space in your home…wow! Really, thank you so much. I hope the quality of the calendar is good—nope, I haven’t seen it yet. I know, Lucy thinks it’s disgraceful, too, that she doesn’t have a copy of her own calendar. Tai chi, huh? Now, that really does sound interesting!

Hi Icy and thanks so much. Yeah, her pose was so quick, I didn’t have a chance to take off the flash, hence a very shiny Lucy!
I practive both Tai-Chi and meditation on my spare time. It is really good for general health.;,,
i would also like to learn Tai-Chi but there seems to be no practitioner in our area~”*
