This big ole “thank you” is way over moo, uh, due…
While I was recently out of town, I was floored, tickled pink, high as a kite, blown away and just overall beside myself (all emotions I exhibited in the local Wendy’s while taking advantage of their free wifi, mind you) to see that I was one of the first-time recipients of The Highly Prestigious Yoga for Cynics Floating Glowing Being of Pure Love Award, presented by none other than The Highly Prestigious Cynical Yogi of the Interwebz himself, drjay, of Yoga for Cynics fame. Yeah, that’s right, F-A-M-E. He was mentioned in a big time yoga magazine back in August, ya know…Yoga Journal. For real, folks.
Why so touched? Well, I have yet to open my copy of Light on Yoga, much less attempt the practice, and compared to the average commenter on his blog of awesome enlightenment, I’m about as deep as a puddle, unlike his other lustrous recipients, whose comments are often as interesting reads as drjay’s posts. In other words, I’m not worthy. But I’m gonna take it anyway. And run really fast. So there. Thank ya, drjay.
By the way, Elsie up there is another one of Lucy’s new friends from them thar hills.
