walt – Padma is Sanskrit and Tibetan for lotus. It’s one of the Eight Auspicious Symbols of Buddhist teaching. I thought it was appropriate for a serene Silent Sunday post.
Grace – It’s real. Thanks, I hope that means it looks so nice that it’s hard to believe it’s real.

So pretty. I’m a huge fan of the color coral and the pink/coral combination is lovely. Also, I like looking at spring flowers as we enter into winter. Keeps me from being fully depressed. Keep ‘em comin’!

Hi drjay. I just noticed that W posted this the morning my dad died, but before he knew…7 a.m. actually. Anyway, thank you. The setting sun cast the golden light on this blossom. I’m glad W chose to post it–I hoard photos, for some odd reason.
