Okay, maybe it’s not that big, but I was on a roll with the alliteration. It could’ve been worse – “Big Blue Butterfly Bench Bolted Beside Bush.” Don’t get me started.
This was taken on another of Lucy’s favorite walks at the Annandale Community Park in Annandale, Virginia. Lucy loves to stalk deer through the woods in this park.

Well, as butterflies go, it’s huge…as benches go, maybe not so much…
Sad that the word “bush”–once merely indicative of a shrub-like plant–has gotten such negative connotations in recent years (okay, maybe it had other connotations before, but I wouldn’t call those negative, necessarily…).
