Hi there! I really like that photo- I think it looks pretty cool with the rocks all up one side. The stream looks really pretty too.

This photo is amazing! The light, the rocks, the green riverbank… It recalls me to my childhood and some summer camps in the mountains. Thanks!

Hi Bemused26 and thanks so much. Your butterflies would look bee-you-tee-ful flitting about this stream…they were quite awesome!

Hi and thanks, Svast. I love streams, too. Any kind of water, actually…I guess being a Pisces helps.

Thanks, Joanne. Lucy loves it here. There’s a stretch along this stream where it’s legal to let your dog off leash. She goes crazy!

Hee-hee, “a rock’s eye view.” Actually, one of the things I like about this pic is that the rocks are in your face, demanding your attention. Uh, and that’s the extent of my artsy yik-yak.

Thank you so much, Secret forest. And, wow, I wish I’d gone to your camp…sounds nice! I’m glad this brought back a childhood memory…

Hi and thanks, Charitiy. Oh no! I’d hate to actually lose her there, although I don’t think that’s a huge problem. We’ve been practicing taking her off leash in unfenced areas and she’s done well…so far…
What a pretty spot. I love nature centers. The one closest to me doesn’t allow dogs though so Duke can’t go with me.
