Dogs sometimes lose the endearing quality of cocking their heads as they age, but Lucy has not–at least not yet. As I wrote in the post, Say What?, any questions or new words or sounds, which Lucy hears, usually evoke this charming characteristic. And yeah, I am known to ask her a whole bunch of stupid questions just so I can see this.

I love it when dogs do that. I have complete conversations with Duke all the time. He’s about the only one I know that NEVER gets tired of listening to me. Sometimes he cocks his head and sometimes he talks back. Lucy does the head cock splendidly. Look at those cute puppy dog eyes awwww

So cute, love the tilted head look dogs give. Lucy is adorable.
Oh Lucy is so cute! Dogs have great personalities and are so loyal. I could not live my life without a dog as a family member. We have Palamino (Pal) and Nadia (Nawdie). They are a handful but provide lots of fun and love.
