My favorite is still the fat, fluffy, furry, precious little bee…!!! :)))
And guess what!!! I saw one with my own two eyes the other day! Stuck inside a yellow flower on a tree!!! I said to myself “my jove!!! they really ARE that fluffy just like in Holly’s picture!” And so I suddenly was reminded of you…there beside the yellow little flower and the fat and fluffy bee!
To the nth power website Nothing could be better than to be with nature. I always commune with nature; trees, flowers, birds, bees, butterflies, green meadows, and everything nice.
It’s a great photo but the name of the restaurant is “Chart House” not “ChartER”. I have eaten there several times which just shows you how dumb I am – it is NOT a very good restaurant. The lava cake is good tho. Grace´s last blog post ..I’d like to offer you something amusing
Hmmm…lots of interesting angles…and composition…and stuff…

Hee-hee, hi Charity. Most people don’t think of me when they run across such nice things as your flower and its bee, so thank you so much! (And I’m glad you saw that bee in person!)

Hi, Janie, and thanks so much. Yes, this is a very nice place to walk. It’s right on the Potomac River waterfront in Alexandria, VA. If you’re ever in the D.C. area, Old Town Alexandria is worth visiting (if you haven’t already, that is).

Thanks Katherine and I’m glad you like the header…I’m likely to go through more of them before I make up my mind!

Thank you so much, Joanne. I would love to have an eye for this stuff, but sometimes I just don’t know… I was really interested in these umbrellas, but there were so many diners outside, I felt kinda odd pointing the camera at them!

Hi Bay Martin and thanks for stopping by. I agree…all that you’ve named are the best things on Earth.

Hi Grace and thanks–and thank you for the heads up on the name–for whatever reason, “charter” was stuck in my head. I’ve never eaten there and now, don’t think I will! :o)

Hee-hee, drjay. Too bad you’ve wasted all that fancy talk on me. There is definitely a lot of “stuff” goin’ on here. Whether it’s interesting and correct as far as composition…well, I don’t know…

I like the angle of your photo. Looks like a neat, well-kept area, a pleasant place for a walk.
