Apparently captivated by the same goings ons, Cosmo and Cinea, shown here in an earlier post, take a break from play. I don’t know Cosmo’s breed, but Cinea is a wire-haired Ibizan Hound (less common than the smooth-haired breed) and is easily the fastest running dog in the park. All others are measured against her. She is so graceful and actually makes long leaps as she bounds through the park.

She really looks like she runs fast. I was thinking that when I first saw the picture. I don’t know much about dogs, but I was thinking “man, she’s skinny…” then as I looked more it seemed like she may be like a runner/racer. It’s probably wonderful watching her run and play.

I can just see her soaring ahead of any other dog in the park effortlessly.

Hi Petula. She is very thin, but not really more so than other hounds. I know what you mean though. She just looks like she should have more meat on her! And she doesn’t otherwise look like the typical hound.

Hi drjay. All is usually peaceful in the park as all of the dogs are pretty friendly. Once in awhile a few dogs will get into a scuffle, but Lucy doesn’t jump in—she’s always above the fray. Lucy and Cosmo, who we only met recently, really took to each other. Hee-hee…”fashion.” I was going to point out the harmony there, but figured I didn’t really need to…
