Thanks, Lana. It’s still cold here and I’m always afraid that they’re going to freeze, but my grandmother once told me that freezing would hurt them only if they were wet. There I go with the myths again!
Hi Stephanie and thanks for coming by. I haven’t been by your place in awhile and am wondering how you’re doing. I remember your doctors were giving you the run-around—hope you’re doing well. Will need to come by to see what’s been going on! :o)
Yes, we have bluebells and for some reason I think they’re especially popular in the state of Texas. I especially love the daffodils but find it hard to get a good pic…the least bit of wind and…well, you know! :o)
Holly – beautiful photograph. The d’dils in our garden are about this tall = barely an inch out of the ground. . . I keep posting my friend Kathleen’s pictures and although it’s about 20 degrees tonight. . . I know spring’s warmth won’t be long in coming.
Hello Koe. Thank you for the compliment! I think it’s been pretty cold here for the past week or so…maybe 30s or a little below at night. Days are in the 50s now. Those daffy-dils seem very hardy and put up with a lot…cold temperatures and me, hangin’ over ‘em with a camera. I’ve watched the progress of your friend’s flowers :o)
Thanks Denise. Yeah, I love ‘em too. And just like the tulip, I like their scent…not really sweet or flowery but still very nice…more fresh-smelling, I guess.
Nice ‘warm’ picture. I am longing to the time when us Swedes can look at our daffodils too. :)

Thank you, Robert. Yes, the sun was out although it was cold…not as cold as your home, I’m guessing! Hope you see your daffodils soon!
So pretty. :) I was out around my own place today, taking pictures of teensy tiny flowers in the yard that you’d never see unless you were looking.

A few of these grow wild in my yard. It’s always a nice surprise. Thanks for your comments on my blog. :)

Hi Janie. Hope you’re not still looking at snow! At least the daffodils are hardy and should hang on for a little longer!
